TOWN OF DEXTER PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE NOTE MEETING LOCATION CHANGE!
Notice is hereby given that the Dexter Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at 7:00 P.M. at the Dexter Town Hall, 10 Hall Street to consider the following:
1. Ordinance C2013-5 East-West Corridor Moratorium
(To consider a 180 day moratorium on construction of a private corridor) Full text available in the town office and on the town's web site at
www.dextermaine.org.
2. Ordinance C2013-6 Delinquent Personal Property Tax Collection
BE IT ORDAINED, that the Dexter Town Council hereby amends Chapter 2, Administration, Article VIII. Municipal Finances to add the following:
Sec. 2-203. Policy for Collection of Delinquent Personal Property Taxes.
The tax collector is hereby authorized to forward any delinquent personal property tax greater than $250 and past due for 4 (four) or more years to a collection agency to recoup the revenue.
3. Application for Victualer's License for a Lunch Wagon from Deborah Tibbetts dba Debba-Doo's, 17 Old Pond Road
4. Application for Victualer's License for Colleen Bailey dba Dunkin Donuts, 51 Church Street
All persons may appear to comment on the above matters dated at Dexter, Maine this 31st day of May 2013.
