Here's the scoop; on Tuesday afternoons, for some 20 years, there has been something happening with great regularity at Womancare. It is free, confidential and child care is provided! What a deal! It's a place to find friends, learn new things, practice better stress management, share with others and give and receive support.

It's the Tuesday afternoon women's support group. It is a drop in group, with no pre registration and beginning January 6th we will have soup with group!

So, during the winter months, drop by Tuesdays, from 1:00. to 2:30 p.m., and spend some time in a confidential setting; joining others in looking at issues like self esteem, loneliness, setting good boundaries, assertiveness and other women's issues.
