The seminar’s facilitator will be MR Russell Lee of Meto-Mophic Management Advisory of Waterville. The half day seminar will help participants understand what is changing, and why and what to do about it Using the transformation of a Caterpillar to a Butterfly as a blueprint, participants will discover steps needed to make and implement changes that effect our daily lives.

The seminar is designed for business owners and managers who are dealing with changes in their businesses ranging from shirking markets. new technologies and other shift in the business world.

Chamber Executive Director Dennis Lyford explained that this new program will offer our members an opportunity to meet the new challenges for a new century.

The half day seminar will be held in the Piscataquis Room at Mayo Regional Hospital and will begin at 8:30 AM and end at 12 Noon. Cost to attend the half day seminar will be $49.50 per person.
