Pat, who has family in Garland, told DRDC President Judy Wilbur Craig , “I love Dexter and love to shop in Dexter. My daughter-in-law of Garland and I enjoy making a day of it to shop and on Saturday we were at Mr. Paperback in Dexter when I entered.” She also excitedly said, “I have never won anything in my whole life, I can’t believe it!”
