Wassookeag Snowmobile Club Dynamic Drag Races Draws A Crowd Monday, March 01, 2004
The Wassookeag Snowmobile Club held their second annual Drag Races on February 28 at Dexter's Little Lake Wassookeag's 660 foot ice track. It was an amazing turn out considering the club held their radar runs just 2 weeks prior during the Winter Festival. The 40 degree temperatures and cool winds set the stage for the 60 entries ranging from age 3 and up. The Club offered 21 Classes with cash awards and trophies/cash for the mini class. Racers came from all over the state with many locals as well. The first and second place winners for the day consists of:
