DEXTER – On Sept. 19, Congressman Mike Michaud presented Carl Cuthbert of Dexter with a U.S. flag that was flown over the Capitol Building in Washington, DC for his 100th birthday celebration at the Penobscot Masonic Lodge. Mr. Cuthbert is a WWII veteran who was in Tokyo Bay during the formal surrender of Japanto the United States and its allies. |
