For those of you that may not have heard, we lost our Trail Master Harold "Hal" Wilkins to cancer this past July. He will be sadly missed by everyone that knew him. The club feels a great lost, as Hal dedicated many, many years serving the Wassookeag Snowmobile Club. Hal handled our grant writing and was an excellent Trail Master, as well. He won Trail Master of the Year along with other snowmobile recognitions over the years. We would like to thank Del Hodgkins, our new "Grant Master" and Roger Wyman our new Trail Master for filling those positions. Our sincere condolences to Penny Wilkins and the family.

Melvin Wyman will operate the kitchen at the clubhouse again this year along with his family. The kitchen will be open as soon as weather permits.

We have lots of items on the agenda for this year and looking forward to seeing old and new members. The Winterfestival is in the works for February and looking forward to doing this with our new Town Manager, Judy Doore.

Maintance on equipment and trails will be going on throughout October and November. Our meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at the WSC on the Number Ten Road in Dexter at 7:00 pm.
