Friday, November 18, 2005
DEXTER - Dexter Regional High School held their annual Open House on Wednesday, November 16th 2005 from 6 to 8:00 PM.

The evening began with the High School Band performing which was followed by a fair in the cafeteria with various organizations, clubs and sports boosters being represented. The Navy and Air National Guard were there as well. The football cheering boosters held their annual food drive and awarded the junior class who had the most donations with Nestle Crunch Bar's!

There were many fund raisers and raffles, along with food sales and food samples in the Spanish and English classrooms. The French class had a French Café which was a huge hit with all who visited, and the Football boosters were there selling their famous french fries and huge dill pickles!

There were dance and chemistry demonstrations and the Library Club held a book sale, just to mention a few of the interesting things that were going on throughout the school!

Classroom demonstrations continued for the remainder of the evening and the Chorus performed for everyone's enjoyment!

This year once again, the turnout from the community was tremendous and the evening was very enjoyable! Dexter High School would like to thank all of the students and teachers who worked so hard to make this years Open House another success, and would especially like to thank the community for showing their support to the school and the students!
