(photo submitted by Jessie Hatch)DEXTER - Results Physical and Occupational Therapy continues to actively participate in recycling by collecting ink cartridges at both the Bangor and Dexter locations in support of America's Schools Recycling Program.

Every cartridge that is discarded in landfills takes over 1,000 years to decompose. Each laser toner cartridge recycled saves three quarts of oil that is required to produce a new cartridge. With the price of oil at all time highs, this is an easy way to help cut costs and reduce waste.

If you know of a local school that would like to be involved and benefit from this program, please contact 992-4042 or sign up at America's Schools Recycling Program at www.americas-schools.org/recycling.

You can also drop off ink cartridges at the following locations: Results Physical Therapy, 51 High Street suite C in Dexter (942-0077) or Results Physical and Occupational Therapy, 890 Hammond Street in Bangor, (992-4042).
